Attorney and specialist counsel in banking law and law of capital markets

Cornelius Christians took his degree and completed his training in Hanover, Rome and Berlin. Since 2008 he has been working in our practice as an attorney, and since 2011 as a founding partner.

His work involves advising our clients on general civil law, on the law of property, on the law of landlord and tenant and residential-property law, and on employment law, inheritance law and the law of compensation and damages. He also represents our clients at in-court proceedings in all the areas of law which he covers.

Cornelius Christians specialises in residential-property law and the law of landlord and tenant. In 2016 he passed his examination as a specialist counsel in residential-property law and the law of landlord and tenant.

His work focuses in particular on advising Italian clients on their commercial projects in Germany. His services in this field include advice on both company and employment law and on tax arrangements, working jointly with his partners in the practice.
