Since 01.01.2020 Velten Tempke is a partner in our law firm. Prior to this, he had already been working for us since 2015 as an employed lawyer, primarily in real estate and residential property law in cooperation with the Oliver Braun and Cornelius Christians.
Velten Tempke primarily advises private and institutional real estate investors in their real estate transactions. He advises them in particular regarding questions of contract negotiations, financing and contract execution. Furthermore, Velten Tempke advises clients in general civil law, contract law and corporate law.
